New for 2019 - Vendor Sessions
When you purchase a booth you're eligible to sign up for 1 of 7 available vendor speaking sessions.  The $700 vendor session fee provides 30 minutes to speak on your topic of choice during select speaking slots Wednesday morning.     

4 Vendor Sessions Remaining 

Booth space and vendor sessions are limited and sell out quickly so reserve early.  Booth locations and speaking opportunities are assigned on a first come, first served basis as payments are received.
Vendor Registration

Lots of reasons to exhibit!

  • With every booth your company receives two full conference registrations that provide admission to all conference sessions (please see * note below)
  • Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks, Cocktail Reception and Buffet dinner take place in the Solutions Center for more interaction.
  • Casino night with food Tuesday evening provides opportunity to have fun and build relationships in a social setting. This has proven to be a very popular event!
  • Your company’s logo and description on the NEUGC conference website, along with a link to your company website.
  • Passport-stamping and prize give-a-ways encourages attendees to visit every booth.
  • Each attendee receives a drink ticket for the cash bar in the Solutions Center area on Tuesday afternoon. Have fun, interact more!
